These terms apply to agents, agencies, and developers who create a professional account and use Access Home to list and manage properties or developments. They're in addition to our general Terms of Use and Listing Terms & Rules — not a replacement for them.

An agency or developer account may have multiple members with different permission levels (e.g. an agency admin vs. an individual agent). You're responsible for managing who has access to your organisation's account and for the accuracy of your professional profile.

You confirm, for each listing you publish, that you are the owner or have sufficient authority to advertise the property on the owner's or developer's behalf. Access Home may request evidence of that authority at any time.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you supply — for a developer, this includes project details, unit inventory, pricing, payment plans, and construction/completion information. Renderings and visualisations must be clearly distinguished from real photography.

You confirm you have the necessary rights to submit any photos, floor plans, renderings, or other media you upload, and you grant Access Home the right to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

Respond to enquiries and viewing requests in good faith and in a timely manner. Don't use the platform to collect contact details for purposes unrelated to the property enquiry, and don't misrepresent your professional status (e.g. claiming Access Home verification you haven't actually received).

Professional verification badges (Agent/Agency/Developer verified) reflect a specific, limited check Access Home has performed — see our Trust & Verification page and Verification SOPs for exactly what each check does and doesn't cover. Verification does not guarantee your performance or conduct going forward, and may be suspended or revoked if the basis for it no longer holds.

If you use the CSV import tool to bulk-manage unit inventory, you're responsible for the accuracy of the imported data to the same standard as any manually entered listing. Import errors are your responsibility to review and correct before publishing.

Your listings, projects, and account remain subject to our Listing Rules & Content Standards and moderation process. Access Home may pause, restrict, or remove non-compliant content, and may suspend a professional account for repeated or serious violations, following the same reactive-moderation model described in our Complaints, Reports & Takedown process.

Any paid promotion, subscription, or advertising product you use is governed separately by our Advertising & Promotion Terms and Subscription / Billing / Cancellation / Refund Terms.

Access Home does not guarantee leads, sales, rentals, or any particular outcome from using the platform, whether or not you use a paid promotion product.
