Who we are
Access Home LLC (Limited Liability Company (Georgia)), registration number 448434169, registered at 4th Floor, 13 Agmashenebeli Street, Batumi, Georgia, 6000, operates the Access Home property marketplace. Contact: info@accesshome.ge.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, phone (optional), password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), preferred language.
Listing data: property details, media, pricing, and contact information a lister chooses to publish.
Enquiry and viewing-request data: whatever a sender provides when contacting an advertiser — name, contact details, and message content — whether or not the sender has an account.
Saved-search data: the search criteria you choose to save and whether you've asked to be notified about matches.
Visitor/analytics data (only if you opt in via the cookie preference banner): an anonymous visitor identifier (a random ID stored in a cookie, never linked to your name or email) and search/browsing activity, used only in aggregate to understand demand and supply on the marketplace — see our Cookie Policy. If you don't opt in, this identifier is never created.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: showing listings, connecting listers with buyers/tenants/enquirers, and letting professionals manage their own listings and leads.
To communicate: enquiries, viewing requests, and account-related notifications (e.g. password reset, new-lead alerts).
For trust and verification: reviewing evidence a professional or lister voluntarily submits before applying a verification badge.
For aggregate market analysis (Demand Intelligence): understanding search demand versus available supply, using anonymous, aggregate data only — never used to identify an individual visitor.
For security and abuse prevention: rate-limiting, fraud/spam detection, and moderation of reported content.
To meet legal obligations where applicable.
Legal basis for processing
Account and listing data is processed to perform our contract with you: providing the marketplace service you signed up for. Security and fraud-prevention processing relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the marketplace safe. Any future marketing communications will rely on your separate, affirmative, and withdrawable consent, never bundled with acceptance of these Terms.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms.
Operating the marketplace involves standard infrastructure providers, such as hosting, database, file storage and email delivery, each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to their role.
An advertiser only ever receives the contact details a sender chooses to share when they send an enquiry or viewing request.
Data retention
Account and listing data is retained while your account or listing is active, plus a reasonable operational period afterward, for example to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Where a different specific retention period applies to a particular category of data, we state it in this policy or provide it on request.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@accesshome.ge.
Cookies and similar technologies
See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies this site sets and why.
International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Georgia, for example to an infrastructure provider located in another country, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected to a standard consistent with Georgian data-protection law.
Supervisory authority
Georgia's data-protection supervisory authority is the State Audit Office of Georgia, following the transfer of personal-data supervision functions from the former Personal Data Protection Service, effective 2 March 2026 (Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection).
Data Protection Officer
Access Home has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. If you have questions about our data-protection practices, contact us using the details above.
Analytics cookies require your consent
Our one analytics cookie (used only for aggregate, privacy-safe Demand Intelligence measurement) is not set until you affirmatively opt in via the cookie preference banner. See our Cookie Policy for full detail. Rejecting or not responding never blocks core site functionality.
