Advertising & Promotion Terms
This page is Access Home's Advertising & Promotion Terms. If you have questions about any part of it, contact us using the details below.
Promotional products
Access Home offers paid listing-visibility products including Featured, Premium, Boosted, and Spotlight upgrades for individual listings, and Featured Development promotion for new-development projects. Each product's exact duration, placement, and current price are shown at the point of purchase, not fixed by these terms.
Sponsored placements
Campaign-based sponsored placements may appear in defined locations across the platform: the homepage featured-development slot, sponsored search results, similar-property suggestions, the projects directory, the professionals directory, the market/finance section, and a single footer partner slot. Placement inventory is a fixed, reviewed list — Access Home does not sell placements outside it.
Sponsored content is always labelled
Every promoted listing, campaign, or placement is clearly and visibly labelled (e.g. "Sponsored") using a neutral visual treatment that never implies verification or an Access Home endorsement — see our Trust & Verification page. A promoted listing is never presented as more trustworthy or official than an organic one.
Eligibility
Promotional products are available to listings/projects/professionals that comply with our Listing Rules & Content Standards. Access Home may decline or remove a promotion from non-compliant content, including content that was compliant at purchase but later becomes non-compliant.
Duration and renewal
Each promotional product runs for a defined duration shown at purchase (e.g. a 7-day or 30-day window). Renewal, where offered, is a separate purchase, not an automatic charge, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
What happens when a listing sells, rents, or is removed
Any remaining active promotion ends immediately when a listing is marked Sold or Rented, or is removed for a Listing Rules violation. No refund, credit, or transfer to a substitute listing is owed for unused promotional time in that case — the promotion did its job of exposing a listing that has now converted.
Measurement and reporting
Where advertiser performance reporting is available (impressions, clicks, and related metrics), it reflects real, aggregated tracked-event data — never simulated or placeholder figures. Reported numbers are for your own campaign's traffic, not a market-wide estimate.
No guaranteed performance
Access Home does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, or any transaction outcome from a promotional product. Reported metrics describe what happened, not a forward commitment.
Advertiser responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of any content used in a promoted placement, to the same standard as an organic listing — promotion never exempts content from our Listing Rules & Content Standards.
Payment
Payment terms, cancellation, and refunds for promotional products are governed by our Subscription / Billing / Cancellation / Refund Terms.
