Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the Access Home marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Use and, if you publish a listing, the Listing Terms & Rules below. Access Home LLC operates this marketplace — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
What Access Home is
Access Home operates a property marketplace connecting people with property owners, agents, agencies and developers. Access Home may also provide property services directly. Where Access Home is acting in a separate professional capacity, the applicable service and terms will be identified to the client.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Don't use Access Home to publish false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, harvest other users' data, attempt to circumvent our verification or moderation systems, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listing details, photos, messages), but you confirm you have the necessary rights to submit it and you grant Access Home the right to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
No guarantee of outcome
Access Home does not guarantee that a listing will sell or rent, that a transaction will complete, or the accuracy of information supplied by another user. See our Trust & Verification page for exactly what our verification checks do and don't cover.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, the Listing Terms & Rules, or applicable law. We'll generally aim to give notice and an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Access Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date shown here when we do.

- 1.You're responsible for keeping your listing's availability accurate — mark a property Reserved, Sold or Rented as soon as that changes.
- 2.Access Home may periodically ask you to reconfirm that a published listing is still available.
- 3.You'll have a few days to respond to a reconfirmation request before it's considered overdue.
- 4.An overdue listing is automatically paused and removed from active search results — never deleted.
- 5.Confirming availability on a paused listing restores it automatically, provided it still meets normal listing requirements.
- 6.Please mark a property Sold or Rented promptly once it's off the market — it helps keep search results accurate for everyone.
- 7.Access Home may adjust where and how a listing appears to protect the accuracy and quality of the marketplace.
- 8.Any paid promotion on a listing (Featured, Premium, Spotlight or a Boost) ends the moment the listing is marked Sold or Rented.
- 9.No refund, credit, transfer or substitute listing is owed for promotional time remaining when a listing converts — the promotion did its job.
- 10.Archived listings may be retained as historical records rather than deleted, in line with our data retention practices.
- 11.Paid exposure — Featured, Premium, Spotlight, or any sponsored placement — is never a form of verification and never implies Access Home endorses the property or the advertiser.
- 12.A subscription or paid plan gives access to professional tools and promotional allowances. It does not itself verify identity, ownership, or listing accuracy.
