What our signals mean
Account confirmed
The person behind this account has confirmed their email (and phone, where practical). It confirms they're a reachable, real account — nothing more.
Professional information verified
For agents, agencies and developers only: Access Home has reviewed the professional information this account provided. It's a business-level check done once at onboarding, not a property-by-property inspection.
Cadastral information provided
The advertiser has supplied a cadastral identifier or document for this property. This means the information was provided — it is not the same as Access Home confirming ownership.
Availability confirmed
The advertiser has recently confirmed this listing is still available, as part of our weekly Active Availability check. It's a freshness signal, not an identity or ownership check.
What paid promotion means
Featured, Premium, Spotlight and Sponsored placements are about visibility, not trust. A promoted listing is never presented as more verified, more official, or more trustworthy than an organic one — it's simply easier to find. Subscription status doesn't grant or imply verification either.
What our trust indicators do not mean

No. Verification cannot be purchased. A paid plan can make an account eligible for our verification review, but the review itself — and the status it grants — is always based on Access Home's own verification process, never on payment.
