Access Home operates in five official languages: Georgian, English, Russian, Turkish, and Hebrew. Content written by users — such as listing titles and descriptions, agent biographies, and agency or developer descriptions — is created in one language and may be automatically translated into the others using machine translation, so it can be read across the platform.

The original text, in the language it was written, is always the authoritative version. Automatic translations are provided for convenience only and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Where a translation and the original differ, the original controls.

Automatically translated content is marked “Automatically translated,” and you can select “View original” wherever it appears to see the exact text as written by its author.

Names, legal entity names, phone numbers, email addresses, prices, currencies, units of measurement, cadastral numbers, coordinates, and identification numbers are never machine-translated — they are always shown exactly as entered.

Contracts, ownership documents, cadastral records, and other legally binding materials are never automatically translated and must not be relied upon in translated form. Always consult the original document and, where needed, a qualified professional before making a decision.
